Simon Le Reste
General Manager

Simon is a former French business lawyer with a solid financial background and hands-on work experience on  the trading floor for Caisse des Dépôts and Lehman Brothers.​

Simon joined Park Partners in 2020 from Reed Smith where he served as ​
a litigator on corporate and financial cases. Prior to that, he has also worked for a number of leading law firms including English Ashurst and French Ginestié and  Jeantet. His practices revolved around litigation, arbitration and  restructuring for private companies and investment funds.​

After graduating from Grande Ecole Master from ESCP Business  School, Simon studied business law at Panthéon-Assas University  before passing the Parisian bar exam and obtaining a PhD in Law.​

Salma El Jazouli​
Board member – Legal Counsel​

Salma is a legal counsel and former associate at Afrique Advisors correspondent of Mayer Brown, and CMS Francis Lefebvre law firms in Morocco.

Throughout her career, Salma has worked with a range of clients operating in many industrial and financial sectors, and intervened in their operations of mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, assets acquisitions, takeover or transfer of control.

Her professional background has allowed her to develop an extensive and multidisciplinary practice, in private equity transactions and venture capital investments, advising institutional and private investors in the context of their equity participation.

Salma holds a master’s degree in Tax and Business Law from Cadi Ayyad University in Morocco.

Visaka Kimari​
Board member – Compliance Officer

Visaka has joined Park Partners GP as Compliance Officer. She started her career in France as a broker and spent the rest of her career in Luxembourg mostly in the Financial industry with different roles as a private banker, family officer, sales, consultant, advisor and relationship managerin several companies and banks.

Visaka has also put her experience in assisting different start-up companies in their structuring and development.

In the past years she moved to the investment fund industry, with a focus on good governance and compliance with the regulatory framework.

Visaka holds a Masters in Economics and International Relations and a Master D2A  in Droit, Economie et Gestion de l’Audiovisuel , both from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne in France. She is also a Certified  Real Estate Professionnal in Luxembourg.
